Convonix Inc. - A Cool Company
The tag line of Convonix says ‘The Search Engine Optimization Firm’. In my opinion there should be another tag line which says ‘Work Hard & Play Hard’.
The last six months in Convonix have been an absolute ball. I was one of those lucky ones who walked into Convonix on the very first day of my very first job and was a part of the company’s famous Biryani Parties. For a moment I thought “Wow! What a cool way to treat new recruits.” However after a while it dawned on me that this party was to celebrate the company’s successful financial year.
There was more to come. My very first weekend and I found myself in Khandala on the company picnic. I had the most memorable couple of days in the company of my new colleagues & bosses who by the way have become my very good friends.
After the excitement of the first week, things settled down a bit. I took up new projects and during the course of the projects I found out that working was even more fun.
In these six months I have experienced it all - fun-filled carrom sessions in our windy terrace, marathon night sessions during deliveries, heated arguments & discussions during lunch in breaks, brain storming during training sessions & the whole lot.
Finally, I hope that in the coming months there would be more fun & equally more work. On that note this is an employee of Convonix Inc. signing off.
