Assistant Project Manager - SEM

Our Search Engine Marketing team is expanding. If you want to be a part of something which is fast paced and at the same time results driven, you are the one we are looking for. As Assistant Project Manager, you will be the point of contact for clients spread across different industries and will be responsible for end to end campaign execution and management.

What we are looking for

We are looking for candidates with the following skill sets:

Responsibilities

  • Google AdWords & MSN adCenter
  • Creating account structures
  • Creating &Expanding on keyword lists
  • Creating and modifying ad copies
  • Managing account and campaign level settings
  • Researching on new happenings in PPC and in digital marketing
  • Sharing the research through email and discussions
  • Suggesting new ideas for the account expansion based on research
  • Follow schedules, deadlines and other processes as laid down by the team head
  • Suggest new processes to improve on old ones and make them more scalable
  • Handle client communication for their projects
  • Create presentations in order to show clients progress, etc.
  • Discuss ideas with immediate superior
  • Coordinate with other teams to action on these ideas and suggestions

Sr. Designer

Key Role Objectives

  • Designing and implementing creatives for any web based medium
  • Manage user experience and user interface for in-house software
  • Usability audits for websites
  • Conceptualise and design for offline items
  • Managing the schedule of the team
  • Be a centralized resource for the team for taking work and delegating it to the right people
  • Handle client communication from time to time

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualizing banners, landing pages, image ads across platforms like Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, LinkedIn, and the Google Display Network
  • Conceptualising, designing and implementing front-end for landing pages and websites which maybe on a platform like WordPress, Magento, Drupal, etc
  • Analyze sites from a usability and analytics perspective, select pages for usability testing, and draw conclusions from the test
  • Analyze requirements and come up with a user interface for any internal software. The user interface should provide a good user experience.

Senior Professional - Web Analytics

If you are a self-starter who loves research, can handle analytics needs of our clients, can create holistic dashboards, can communicate and present well, can proactively take up challenges and come up with solutions and improvement in processes and are looking for growth, then this is a good opportunity for you.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Keen interest in online marketing & online business models
  • 7-10 years of experience in handling web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture or Web trends
  • Understanding of HTML and web protocols
  • Beginner-to-Intermediate JavaScript skills
  • Comfortable presenting findings & analysis

What you'll do

  • Evaluate business goals and objectives from multiple business teams and develop tracking/tagging strategies to allow individuals and teams to measure success
  • Consulting directly with clients and/or their agencies on projects requiring web analytics platform selection, implementation, platform remediation, and dashboard development
  • Work with client development teams to install, configure & use web analytics services such as Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends, Urchin, Yahoo! Web Analytics and others
  • Perform quality assurance tests on tracking implementations
  • Assist with tracking and improving the results of clients marketing campaigns
  • Build, update and deliver weekly and monthly reports, scorecards, dashboards and key performance reports using Excel and BI tools
  • Build automated Dashboards and Scorecards for various business stakeholders
  • Provide best practices consulting services to clients in solving their Web analytics platform strategy and technical needs
  • Partner with multiple business units within the client’s organization as well as outside the company to ensure that best practices in metrics and decision making are being exposed to the client management and core website decision makers
  • Conduct platform training and knowledge sharing in web analytics for clients and the project team

Project Manager - SEM

If you are GAP certified, experienced and self driven individual, we welcome you to mentor and lead a fast paced result driven search marketing team. As project manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and will be responsible for smooth and punctual functioning of your team.

What we are looking for

  • 3-6 years experience
  • BE (any stream) from a reputed engineering college
  • GAP Certified Professional with proficiency in handling Google AdWords, Yahoo and Bing Paid Search Marketing platforms
  • Manage complex projects with an ability to handle multiple projects at a time
  • Set and meet deadlines for self as well as others in the Team
  • Independently handle clients
  • Maximize client’s profits by using your creative and analytical skills to write advertisements, plan campaign strategy, analyze traffic statistics and manage client’s marketing budget effectively
  • Show results with majority of campaigns performing better than benchmarks
  • Proactively research and contribute to the research team
  • Prior experience in handling bid management tools is an additional (not necessary) advantage
  • Strong in verbal, numerical and strategic reasoning
  • Keen interest in technology based marketing and advertising, e-commerce and other web based channels

What you'll do

  • Mentoring and guiding sub-ordinates and inculcating the culture of the firm
  • Ensure timely implementation of projects
  • Primary contact point for the client
  • Leading a team of approximately 5 (after 4-6 months) in developing internet marketing strategies for clients in India and abroad
  • Day to day client servicing and co-coordinating between the client and our team
  • Setting and meeting deadlines / team-lines in terms of project deliverables

Project Manager - SEO

Develop SEO strategies for multiple clients as you lead a team of 4-5 assistant project managers. You will need to stay abreast of the latest happenings in the world of Search Marketing and the internet marketing industry as a whole. You will help your team perform to the optimum, ensure punctuality of your team, understand weak links and work towards rectifying them.

What we are looking for

  • 2-3 years experience
  • Active Experience in handling SEO campaigns. An understanding of Internet Marketing as a whole
  • Qualifications: B.E/ Bsc.IT plus MBA

  • To help a client achieve their online marketing goals through Search Engine Optimization
  • Strategize SEO initiatives for client websites
  • To contribute towards the strengthening of the entire SEO community within SMG Convonix
