Meet Safu, a COO brewed out of IIM-Calcutta who is just as capable of cheering wildly for Argentina in a football match as he is at swiftly managing overseas client acquisitions and planning long-term strategies for Convonix. His role at Convonix can best be compared to that of a midfielder responsible for linking and improving processes across the company's service verticals. He loves the fact that he gets to work with all aspects of running of a company, outside of which he is best described as a sports fanatic and loving father to a little baby girl. Pallav Jain
Director - Business Development
Imagine a guy armed with all kinds of tools and geared up to spruce things, and that's as close as one can get to typifying Pallav. As the Director of Business Development, he loves tackling the shoot up of unexpected situations, which are, more likely, mushrooms to the business framework he co-founded. He is coolheaded with an inspired disposition, and braced with an inkling that suggests he is proud of sustaining a system that provides employment and churns out fine processes. Rohan Thakare
Associate Director - Strategy and Business Development
Here's a guy who borders on being a total think tank with a creative edge. When not busy pulverizing web analytics and scratching for strategies, Rohan can be found thinking about the same (more often than never, that is). Chronically faced with a challenge to 'Stay a step ahead', Rohan almost loves it when situations try to fork out creativity and ingenuity of thought on his part. An adventurist at heart, Rohan is an avid trekker and loves interacting with people every day. A gourmet sensibility allures him and he proudly claims himself as being a foodie!
Suchit Sikaria

For someone who deals with people every single day, Suchit is a guy of his own. He loves his independence and works his fingers to the bone as the VP of Sales. He is a person who will show someone the ropes, put them through their paces and at the end of it, encourage them to become their own individual entities. Aside from living off of his day job, Suchit loves a good time, especially if it involves sleep. And yes, Suchit has done his MBA from IIM- Ahmedabad India's premiere B-school, a bragging right we consider mighty brilliant!

If you have loved our technical dexterity, this is the guy to thank. Arunesh is the connoisseur of all things technology at Convonix. Guided by a 'Never say Die' attitude, Arunesh enjoys a good challenge and complexities inspire him to push his mettle further. Although he prides himself on being an expert of search and being the guy who can take on any technical challenge, Arunesh is ironic in a way that he is more a person who, outside of his work space, is a simple man with arty inclinations. He enjoys creative writing, reading, travelling, a trek or two and staying tuned to social causes
Rahul Gupte

In its entire aptness, Rahul is 'the' go-to guy at Convonix. Packed with over eleven years of entrepreneurial experience, almost everyone finds themselves knocking on Rahul's door at some point or the other. A veteran at handling business operations, it's a muscle tune function for Rahul to churn out creamed functions and make life easier for everyone at Convonix. He may be the oldest of the bunch, but he has certainly got the guns to spine the entire operations of the company in perfect disposition. He loves interacting with people, diving into fiction novels and batting a game of cricket every now and again
