About Live Austria Limited -

Live Austria Limited is a UK Registered and operated Property Marketing and Introduction company, dedicated to helping you locate and purchase your ideal Austrian home or Investment Property in Austria.

The Aim:

Live Austria Limited launched their online property LiveAustria.com in June 2006 with the aim of showcasing properties in Austria that are available for purchase or sale. The website was to be used as an active marketing tool which would help Live Austria Limited get qualified leads.

The Challenge:

LiveAustria.com was a new website with no search engine presence. Further, the dynamic pages on the site were less than ideal from an SEO perspective.

The Solution:

The search engine optimization team at Convonix Inc. designed a 3 step SEO campaign for LiveAustria.com after finalizing the keywords to be targeted on the site.

In the first step, our engineers created Search Engine Friendly URLs which could be easily spidered, while retaining the site's dynamic property (i.e. - Content could still be pulled from the database and any change made through the Content Management System would be reflected on these pages).

Once done, our SEO team went in and optimized the internal link structure, titles, tags, content and code. The site was then submitted to various search engines and a comprehensive link building campaign was undertaken during the 3rd phase of the campaign.

The Result:

A year after launch, LiveAustria.com has over 300 top 30 rankings on the major search engines. This includes 31 keywords in the top 10 and 40 in the top 20 on Google. Graphs below show the top 30 keyword trend and traffic trend for the website.



Website: Beverlyhillsphysicians.com
Start Date: December 2005

The Challenge:

Beverly Hills Physicians.com provides cosmetic and plastic surgery services throughout Southern California. They wanted to use their website as a medium for generating leads. The aim was to maximize the number of leads while reducing the cost/lead.

The Solution:

During the data collection phase it was noted that the previous paid search marketing provider had designed the campaign to exhaust the entire budget. The site was ranking very high for several non-converting keywords. Our engineering team sought to reduce the rankings for these keywords and started fine tuning the ads being displayed for the campaigns.

The Result:

Within a month of taking over the PPC campaign, the average cost per lead was down to $36/lead from $93 at the start of the campaign. The number of leads had gone up from 192 leads in December 2005 to 421 in January 2006. In Feb 2006, the team was able to further fine tune the campaign to generate 506 leads while bringing the cost per lead down to $15.

In January 2007, the site received 594 leads at a cost of $30/lead.

This online web templates website provides premium html and flash templates for download.

The primary keywords for this website are Flash templates, Web templates and HTML templates.

Before the launch of the search engine optimization campaign, the only method for getting targeted traffic was using Pay per click at an avg. cost of $0.27 per click on Google Adwords.

After a comprehensive search engine optimization campaign coupled with an aggressive link exchange campaign the site moved up to the top 10 for all its 3 primary keywords on Google, MSN, Yahoo, AOL and Altavista.

The average number of unique visitors through search engines rose to 500 per day in December 03.
